1 Year Blogiversary

1 year (and oddly enough, 100 posts) ago, I decided to document all the major life changes that were happening. On July 1st last year, my husband and I moved our of my tiny apartment into our new place together and officially started learning how to be married.

In this past year, I've written about:

July.August.September
Moving into our apartment and our first stupid disagreement
Finding out we were pregnant and then about having a miscarriage
Taking plenty of roadtrips (Maine, Applepicking, and Maryland)
What it's like to commute in NYC

October.November.December
Talked about the NYC subway here, here and here
Picked on my husband a little
Stretched my culinary muscles herehere and here
Reflections and 2013 recap

January.February.March
Revealed that we were pregnant again... and miscarried once more
Baked an amazing pie from scratch
Began process of finding out "why" we miscarried
Found that being pregnant/not pregnant/pregnant/not pregnant has really messed up my hormone levels.
Declared my intentions for weight loss and urban gardening

April.May.June
Started (and completed) blogging from A-Z, with a post every day in April.
Wrote a five day recap of our wedding day, since I wasn't blogging at the time
Briefly recapped our Pacific Coast vacation
Tom and I wrote down what we've learned in our first year of marriage
Learned how to make bread from scratch
Did some recaps on Muir Woods, Seattle CityPass, Vancouver and San Francisco

And for year two, what are my hopes for this blog?
I've switched things up a bit on the blog, and am currently trying to get the banner to stretch across the whole page. Any suggestions would be appreciated, since the 'tech' side of this sometimes has me struggling.

So tell me...
What have you enjoyed reading, or would interest you in the future?

    1. One of the reasons this blog has enriched my life are the new friends and people who I've found online who (despite being, say, a gourmet chef) still pokes in around my blog where I boast about... making bread. Or pie. Glad to see you here Peggy :)
