1. Saturday. Spent the day with a good church friend, who taught me to make eggs benny!
2. Monday. The fruits of our labor, ready to be apple-sauced for the inlaws!
3. Wednesday. Who can deny that this is a cotton-candy colored sky? NYC has beautiful sunsets. Even when Instagram makes them grainy.
4. Thursday. I might be taking subway photos of strangers again, but really now. There were 5 girls next to each other in black leggings. There is something funny to be said about that.
5. Friday. Good day for some delicious Oatmeal Banana Cookies. 2 bananas for every 1 cup of quick oats, baked at 350° for 15min. Or, you can check out the original post.
So tell me...
How was your week?
Do you sometimes notice a trend you didn't expect to see?
Such as "Am I one of 'those' people who post too many photos of their food?"
Those cookies look yummy, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThey're so easy, hope you enjoy them :)
DeleteGreat pics! The cotton candy sky is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt was crazy in person. Never ever duplicated on camera, unfortunately.
DeleteI looooove eggs benedict! Looks delish!
ReplyDeleteIt was, might make more this weekend :)
DeleteBeautiful sky! Tis the season for tall boots. I already have worn mine. :-) Enjoy the weekend; it's shaping up to be a gorgeous, warm one.

Yes, I'm about ready to pack away my shorts and get our winter clothes, and then today happens. Maybe next week :)
DeleteIs that...hollandaise sauce?
ReplyDeleteBy the way are you keto/low carb?
Yes, and nope. I'm don't know what Keto is, but try to stay somewhat 'healthier' with the applesauce and oatmeal cookies so I can have hollandaise sauce :)
DeleteAll the food looks so good! Homemade applesauce is one of my favorite things:). Time to go pull out my black leggings ;).
ReplyDeleteHaha! Enjoy the weather, I'm sure Seattle is beautiful in the fall!!
DeleteThose cookies look awesome! And yummy!
ReplyDeleteAs for eggs benedict... I never was interested in it. I had it a few years ago at a small place on the Jersey shore. I forgot about ti though. Then I went on a cruise last August (2013) and decided... what the heck, it's all included. If I don't like it, I can just get something else. Now it's become my standby breakfast if I see it somewhere. So delish! I should probably learn to make it, too!
