10 Ways to Get Your Autumn Gourd On

I have grand plans for gourds this season. Pumpkins, butternut squash, hubbard squash, even those little decorative ones. Farmers markets in NYC are still bursting with produce, but with having such ambitious goals, I should make a list, so nothing falls through the cracks. Am I Right? Yes. I'm right.

  1. I love all of the recipes you posted. The other night I actually made spaghetti squash and it felt like Fall. I'm totally looking forward to some roasted butternut squash too!

  2. Mmm! These recipes sound so good! I can't wait to roast my own pumpkin again as well as try making butternut squash soup this year. :)

    1. Roasting seeds sounds like such a good idea in theory, but I would have to carve a pumpkin for that. And since I live in an apartment building, it's better to keep it whole and not get the seeds out. I can't wait until we have a yard and some semblance of a porch. Future, maybe :)
